Putt and Session Metrics
Putt & Session Metrics
Once you start putting, the putt results will appear.
Score
Compare and track each putt with a comprehensive putt score. The Score is a weighted calculation of Face at Impact & Loft at Impact on a scale of 0 – 100. The higher the score, the better the stroke, and the greater likelihood of making the putt (if aimed properly). Use the score to compare the overall performance of each putt. Note: Color of score outline indicates acceleration (green) or deceleration (red) at impact.
Stroke Path (Top View)
Displays a top down view of the stroke path and the face angle throughout the stroke representing deviation from address (measured in degrees). Stroke path is perceived by the sensor’s location, not the putter head. Variation from a top-down view will depend on type of putter and putting style.
Target Line Length (TLL)
When your putter’s face angle is within the allowable range from a specified distance, it will be indicated by grey color blocks along the top and bottom of the stroke path. For instance, ± 1.27° is the allowable deviation for an 8’ putt. A putting stroke with very little rotation will have more shading throughout the stroke path. A putting stroke with a greater degree of rotation will have less shading throughout the stroke path.
- Block with arrow pointing towards marker ( 2 ) = back stroke
- Block with arrow pointing towards marker ( 4 ) = forward stroke
Face (Impact)
Represents the face angle deviation from address (starting position) to the face angle at impact (measured in degrees).
Loft (Impact)
Represents the loft angle deviation from address (starting position) to the loft angle at impact (measured in degrees).
Acceleration (Impact)
Acceleration rate at the point of impact (measured in meters per second squared).
Acceleration (Stroke Path)
Acceleration and deceleration changes throughout stroke expressed in color throughout the stroke path. GREEN=Acceleration, RED=Deceleration.
Face (Backstroke)
Represents the face angle deviation from address (starting position) to the face angle at the top of the backstroke (measured in degrees).
Loft (Backstroke)
Represents the loft angle deviation from address (starting position) to the loft angle at the top of the backstroke (measured in degrees).
Timing Ratio
Address to top of backstroke ÷ top of backstroke to impact

Troubleshooting
Device not detecting sensor – If your device is not recognizing your sensor make sure Bluetooth is enabled. Note, after the first use, a sensor will auto-connect to Bluetooth on a previously paired device.
Putts not recording – If sensor is ON, attached to club and not recording, check the following:
- Is sensor clip attached correctly?
- Is sensor light facing target direction?
- Is sensor communicating with the app? If not, (1) turn sensor on/off, (2) re-pair Bluetooth, (3) log out and back into app
- The sensor will auto-connect to a previously paired Bluetooth device. If multiple devices have been paired to a sensor, verify desired device is paired.
Putt stroke path and metrics are wrong – Make sure you have identified the correct handedness (left/right) in Account Details.
Prerequisites
- BioMech Putting Sensor
